Terms and conditions:

• If you must cancel a service or change it for any reason you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to do so will result in 50% off the starting price of the service you booked to be charged.

• Prices of service will vary depending on vehicle size, condition and time it will take to complete the service. Our advertised prices are starting prices, once at location we will carry out a full inspection of the vehicle and provide a quote once based off that inspection.

• Please ensure you have enough time for the service to be completed, getting a vehicle detailed takes time, as to ensure we are able to complete the service to the expected high quality standards, failure to do so may lead to extra charges or your booking being cancelled and being charged our late notice cancellation fee.

• If your booking involves anything to do with the interior please ensure it is cleared (this includes baby seats, pet cages, tools, personal items, cash, vehicle documents etc.), failure to do so will add on time to the service, this can can result in an extra charge of £10 or more.

• If there is anything that may be considered dangerous or harmful in the vehicle (for example mold, sharp objects/rust, biohazards etc.), this must be declared when booking (we may ask for photos) and may result in your service being declined if considered too hazardous. Please air on the side of caution as failure to declare will result in your service being cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee of the starting price of your chosen service will be charged.

• If dissatisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours and a solution can then be agreed. If outside this window we may not be able to take action on any issues you may have.

• We ask customers to ensure they have a water supply via an outdoor tap and access to electricity. We understand this is not always possible, however failure to check and confirm at least 48 hours before will result in our 50% cancellation fee.
